Apply expression: allow all URL functions with prefix odata.

      Currently the Apply annotation expression only lists four client-side functions, one of them being odata.concat, with the same semantics as the concat() URL function, including implicit cast of primitive operands to strings.

      This will make the URL expression language and annotation expression language isomorphic.
