      Description

Section 11.4.2.2 Create Related Entities When Creating an Entity -
      http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.01/csprd03/part1-protocol/odata-v4.01-csprd03-part1-protocol.html#sec_CreateRelatedEntitiesWhenCreatinganE - states

Media entities, whose binary representation cannot be represented inline, cannot be created within a deep insert.

This is no longer true and thus an unnecessary restriction, media resources can be represented inline as a property "$value", see http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata-json-format/v4.01/csprd03/odata-json-format-v4.01-csprd03.html#sec_MediaEntity
