XSD references Microsoft namespaces edm/annotation and codegeneration

The non-normative XSD uses constructs from the following external namespaces:

• http://schemas.microsoft.com/ado/2009/02/edm/annotation
  • attribute StoreGeneratedPattern
  • attribute LazyLoadingEnabled

• http://schemas.microsoft.com/ado/2006/04/codegeneration
  • attribute GetterAccess
  • attribute SetterAccess
  • attribute TypeAccess

The only one really needed is StoreGeneratedPattern as an annotation on entity type properties telling clients that the server will choose (or compute) a value for this property upon insert or update.
