Add property SystemQueryOptions to call out supported system query options per request method

In V4.01 we added the possibility to shape the response to POST, PATCH, and PUT requests with system query options.

Support for this needs to be expressed in some way, see ODATA-1005.

Easiest way would be to add a property SystemQueryOptions next to CustomQueryOptions.
Type could be a collection of strings naming the query option, or a complex type of Boolean flags telling which of the system query options is supported.

Drawback is of course that this needs to be annotated for each entity set, whereas a "traditional" XxxSupport annotation can be attached to the entity container if the underlying engine supports this across all entity sets.

Second drawback is the overlap with the existing XxxRestrictions/Xxxable flags.
