      In order to make the header general, add the remaining common isolation levels from ANSI/ISO to the IANA definition:

         Snapshot

         Serializable

         RepeatableRead

         ReadCommitted

         ReadUncommitted

       

      In OData, continue to support (and list) only Snapshot.

      As per ODATA-1223, the current proposed Isolation header only lists the single value supported by OData.
