Add property ReadByKeyRestrictions to ReadRestrictionsType with a complex type that has the same properties as ReadRestrictionsType except ReadByKeyRestrictions. If a property of ReadByKeyRestrictions is not specified, the corresponding property value of ReadRestrictions applies.

Add property ReadRestrictions of type ReadRestrictionsType to complex type NavigationPropertyRestriction.

With ~~ODATA-1099~~ we added the term ReadRestrictions with a property Readable.

For entity sets we have two independent read operations that need to be distinguished:
