An ecosystem that includes multiple OData services.

Examples:

• Internet of things, where things have embedded OData services and are plugged into a system, perhaps via wi-fi or blue-tooth.
• An ecosystem containing vehicles that opportunistically create relationships with available edge servers as they become available.

Schema currently requires a Reference.  But this schema is static and cannot accommodate the use case.
