      Allow request in an atomicity group to report the actual status of executing that request while continuing to allow requests to return a 424 failed dependency which would then typically be used for those requests that haven't been attempted due to a failed request.

      Description

      Current specification requires all but the failing request in an atomicity group to return a 424 failed dependency status code. This impedes stream processing of $batch requests with large atomicity groups.
