ContextUrl does not represent navigation properties for which the entity references ($ref) are included

Currently, following further clarification in ODATA-1238, we state that navigation properties with expanded references are not represented in the ContextUrl. This is somewhat surprising, especially when compared to i.e. selecting just a non key property in which case the representation could once again an entity with it's @odata.id plus that one property.
