ABNF Does not allow selecting instance annotations

In the URL conventions document in section 5.1.4 it mentions in the text that $select can be used to select instance annotations.  However, the ABNF does not appear to allow this.

Also, the bulleted list in section 5.1.4 is missing mention of instance annotations.  The first bullet point should be updated to include instance annotations.
