Improve the layout of vocabularies markdown to indicate that shown annotations are not exhaustive

      Suggestion is to split the table in two: one for regular properties, one for annotation properties. The table header for the second should indicate that these are not the only allowed annotations.

      Markdown tables in the vocabularies markdown files are typically not showing all the possible annotations. When they are shown because they are notable, the table gives the impression that they are the only allowed annotations, which is not the case.
