"Category/Products" has a 0..* target cardinality

"SalesOrganization/Superordinate" has a 0..1 target cardinality

All others have a 1 target cardinality

Adjust the text in the document:

Replace "Sales" entity type with "Sale" (singular)

In section 2.3 Example Data extend the description "The following entity sets and sample data will be used to..."
