      Add TypecastSegmentSupported to ReadRestrictions. Default, if not specified, should be supported.

      Also,in DeleteRestrictions fix FilterSegmentSupported and TypeCastSegmentSupported descriptions which both reference PATCH/Update.

      Currently we can tell whether a cast segment is supported for insert/update/delete operations through the TypecastSegmentSupported boolean property on the respective types. However, there is no way to tell whether the service supports appending the cast segment to a read request for a particular segment.
