      Description

The current text mentions that a delta response spread across multiple pages must be ordered to guarantee consistent application on the receiving side (section 11.3.2 Using Delta Links, fourth para).

For single-page delta responses no statement is made about ordering and the fact that a single entity may be included multiple times in the response, as added, updated, and deleted entity.
