Term Capabilities.UpdateRestrictions allows to restrict updatability for entities as a whole and in addition to specify NonUpdatableNavigationProperties. But it does not allow to specify NonUpdatableProperties.

This prevents use cases with such constraints where only a subset of an entity type's properties may be updated. Moreover, it doesn't match the expressiveness of Capabilities.InsertRestrictions allowing to specify NonInsertableProperties.
