      Section 14.4.4.1 Canonical Functions defines that all URL functions can be used with prefix odata..

      We added section 5.1.1.7.1 matchesPattern to the URL Conventions, making section 14.4.4.3 Function odata.matchesPattern in the CSDL specifications redundant (and slightly confusing).
