Clarify use of read/update restrictions for complex types

Currently, ReadRestrictions and UpdateRestrictions target entities/collections of entities.

Many of these properties apply equally to complex types.

 

One option is adding complex types to the AppliesTo for these and perhaps calling out which are/are not valid for complex types.
