14.1.2 Applicability: clarify that "Property" means "structural property" and excludes navigation properties

      Section 14.1.2 Applicability says

      Symbolic Value Model Element
      Property Property of a structured type

      It should instead say "structural property" because now it seems to be a superset of structural and navigation properties, which does not make sense.

      Defining a term that applies to both structural and navigation properties should be done by listing both: AppliesTo="Property NavigationProperty".

      Otherwise we would lose the ability to define terms that only apply to structural properties.
