      the section 4.2 Include Schema shows examples (example 4) how to include Vocabulary schemas but used non existing URIs like http://vocabs.odata.org/capabilities/v1

      proposal is to replace them with current URLs like 
      https://oasis-tcs.github.io/odata-vocabularies/vocabularies/Org.OData.Core.V1.xml
