      Description

      Section 7.2.4 Scale restricts use of Scale="floating" to responses with OData-Version: 4.01.

      This seems too hard given that the XML documents use the same XML namespace http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/ns/edm, which references the combined 4.0 plus 4.01 XML schema.
