Authorization: use consistent alias in vocabulary definition

      The Authorization vocabulary uses the file-local alias Auth, whereas all the other vocabularies use a non-abbreviated alias.

      This repeatedly leads to confusion around "official" vocabulary aliases, which can be avoided by being consistent with the other vocabularies.
