Disallow Nullable facet for collection-valued properties

      We already disallow the Nullable attribute for collection-valued navigation properties because we don't want to distinguish between an empty collection and a "null" collection.

      Let's do the same for properties. It's a philosophic distinction anyway. If I collect stamps and give away all of them: do I still have an empty collection, or no collection?
