Remove reference to "fixed-length or variable-length" primitive values

      While service implementations may in fact use fixed-length fields internally we've removed the FixedLength attribute that allows to tell this to clients, so referring to "fixed-length or variable-length" strings and binaries is confusing for readers with V3 background, and makes not much sense for stream properties anyway.
