Clarify pattern for future odata-version and odata-maxversion numbers

      Even for minimal conformance we require that

      [...] the service MUST generate a response with an OData-Version less than or equal to the specified OData-MaxVersion.

      Unfortunately we don't state what comparison logic to use, and our pattern for the maxversion is overly restrictive, allowing only 4.0.
