      We have (implicitly) stated, that the value of the edm:UrlRef is a URL. But we haven't clarified how to deal with relative URL's. We have to distinct different environments, in which the edm:UrlRef expression could be used: (A) Instance Annotations, (B) Metadata Document (C) separate CSDL Annotation Document
