Make explicit that the count calcuated by appending /$count to a collection resource path and the count calculated by applying the $count=true system query option to the same resource path is identical.

Consequently paths ending in /$count also allow $search and $filter, and the resulting number is identical to the number included as @odata.count if the /$count segment is replaced by a $count=true system query option.
