Paragraph 5 of http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.0/os/part1-protocol/odata-v4.0-os-part1-protocol.html#_Toc372793719 explicitly allows updating key properties and describes side-effects to dependent entities. Unfortunately it does not mention that

Paragraph 6 still starts with "Key and other non-updatable properties", implying that key properties are not updatable.
