Example 18 should use "Orders" instead of "Items"

Example 18 of the JSON document shows a sample payload for a deep insert of Customers with nested Items.

For the rest of the examples we use a schema where orders are nested within customers; for consistency and to avoid confusion we should show a nested collection of orders rather than "Items"
