      Clarify in "Update an Entity" that, in the absence of a return=minimal preference, services SHOULD return data.
      Also rephrase 8.2.8.7 to express that return=representation returns a complete representation of the targeted resource (not necessarily an entity).

      We are clear that, in the absence of a return=representation prefer header, the default for created entities should be to return the created entity. The default for PUT/PATCH has always been no data, but that is harder to find in the current document.
