atom:id cannot be relative

      The atom:id element MUST hold the entity-id. The Atom syndication spec (RFC 4287) specifies that the atom:id element must be an IRI and must not be relative.

      However, the atom:id section (section 6.2) of the ATOM format document points to the entity-ID section (section 4.1) in the protocol document which says that entity-IDs can be relative.

      We should clarify that the atom:id must not contain a relative entity-id.
