      Add to sections 5.1.1.2.4, Multiplication:
      The mul operator is also valid for multiplying a Duration value with a numeric value.

      Add to Section 5.1.1.2.5, Division
      The div operator is also valid for dividing a Duration value by a numeric value.

      In URL conventions we spell out the type of adding/subtracting different datetime/duration combinations, but we don't say anything about multiplication and division.
