"The edm.ValueTerm element MAY include an edm:DefaultValue attribute. The default value of a value term is used to specify the value of the term when applied with no corresponding value specified."

Description

ValueTerms, like properties, should support declaring a default value. Among other things, this enables a value term to be specified without a value in order to "tag" a property (for example:
