      Allow both flavors, e.g. "#Double" and just "Double", to be consistent with JSON V4.01.

      Description

      JSON Format V4 requires @odata.type values to be prefixed with a hash (#), even for built-in primitive types.

      JSON Format V4.01 allows omitting the hash.

      Atom Format V4 requires NOT to prefix with a hash.
