Public Comment: @office:process-content / schema defect? (ODF 1.2 CD01)

Recast office:process-content paragraph under 1.5 to read: Foreign elements may have an office:process-content attribute attached that has the value true or false. If its office:process-content attribute value is true, an element's content may be interpreted by conforming consumers regardless of its ancestor elements. If its office:process-content attribute value is false, an element's content should not be interpreted by conforming consumers, but editing applications may preserve its content, regardless of the foreign element's ancestor elements. Added paragraph to 1.2: Within this specification, some attributes and elements are marked as deprecated. Attributes and elements marked as deprecated should not be used any longer, and may be removed from future versions of the specification.
