      Deleted the paragraph in 7.2.1 and added to 7.2.2:

      "The <text:index-body> element is used for all types of indexes. It contains the index content generated to form the index."

      Since we were about to define the root element seemed to make more sense to put the comment about containing all types of indexes there.

      Sweeping the document to turn indices -> indexes.
