      fo:margin-top -> fo:max-height.

      Since we cite XSL as the definition of the attribute and its values, saying what values are excluded simply makes the citation precise. Otherwise a reader would not know what values of the cited definition are supported or not.

      17.242 describes the fo:max-height attribute.

      Although this is declared in the "ODF XSL compatible" namespace, the
      schema does not declare the "none" or "inherit" values for this
      attribute as provided by the W3C, and the text is silent on this matter.

      The text does however provide some unrelated information about the
      fo:margin-top attribute. Has there been a document production error
      here?
