      The table:default-cell-style-name attribute in the 1.2 draft is restricted to be used in <table:table-column> 8.1.5 and <table:table-row> 8.1.2. The default-style of family table-cell applies to all tables. In a spreadsheet document there may be different default styles for different sheets (tables). So it would make sense to allow to have a default style for each table.
