style:default-style should permit style:data-style-name attribute

One of the attributes of <style:style> is style:data-style-name giving the data formatting information for this style. In the absence of a specific <style:style> for a table-cell its <style:default-style> is used. It would be desirable if that style could have data formatting information attached to it. Currently that is not possible.
