      QUALIFIER error

      REFERENCES IN DOCUMENT Clause 17.5

      NATURE OF DEFECT "relative-path reference" in 17.5 is never defined in RFC 3987.

      SOLUTION PROPOSED BY THE SUBMITTER Use the correct term "relative IRI reference".
