      To the description of 18.470 style:condition add:

      The value of this attribute should be a namespace prefix, followed by the condition. If the namespace prefix is missing it defaults to the "urn:oasis:names:tc:opendocument:xmlns:of:1.2" namespace.

      The style:condition attribute can contain formulas as part of the condition. Right now, the specification says that these are formulas without a "=" at the beginning.

      The questions are whether this is still the case with ODF 1.2 formulas, and whether a namespace prefix has to be supported as in table:formula.
