Appendix D Core Feature Set

The non normative appendix D "Core Feature Set" has not been updated to the new structure of ODF 1.2 (in ODF 1.2 CD02 REV02).

Because this appendix is non normative and because the OIC TC will care about profiles, I suggest that we remove this appendix from the ODF 1.2 specification.
