Changed to "an empty string" in default formatting. And, move to end of list, after "a value of type string" to make it more obvious this is a string or rather absence of a string value and not value itself.

The description of style:num-format in sections 18.502 and 19.312 list a value "empty string" in Courier.

This must read "an empty string", because what is meant here is not the literal string "empty string", but an empty string "".
