5.1.1 Whitespace-processing

1. The description of <text:s>, <text:tab> and <text:line-break> are currently sub section of 5.1.1. They should be moved to the 2nd heading level, that is, become 5.1.2, 5.1.3, etc. Alternatively, the text in front of 5.1.1.1 <text:s> may be turned into a separate sub section of 5.1.1

2. 2nd paragraph reads: "Collapsing white space characters is defined by the algorithm:" Should be "Collapsing white space characters is defined by the following algorithm:"

3. The note
"Note: The <text> and <text:h> element and its child elements have specific rules for the handling of white-space characters. 5.1.1."
in this section should be removed. It references itself.
