I propose that we leave the draft as is. There is a large body of documents that use the Legacy.Normsdist syntax. On load of docments, processing function names that do not have a 1 to 1 mapping is something we should avoid.

I propose that we leave the draft as is. There is a large body of documents that use the Legacy.Normsdist syntax. On load of docments, processing function names that do not have a 1 to 1 mapping is something we should avoid.

In the current draft,

LEGACY.NORMSDIST( x ) and NORMDIST(x,0,1) are supposed to be the same. Moreover GAUSS is supposed to be the above minus 0.5.

It would make much more sense to make the second and third argument of NORMDIST optional and drop LEGACY.NORMSDIST and GAUSS!
