Recasting manifest.rdf file language

Current text reads:

"manifest.rdf files are stored at the root of an OpenDocument document, that is, next to the document's content.xml file.

The metadata manifest file fulfills the basic function to enumerate metadata files and their relationships to other files in the OpenDocument document."

The physical description of the file location as "next to" seems problematic. Need to make the second sentence more declarative.

Suggest: The manifest.rdf file is stored at the root of an OpenDocument document and enumerates metadata files and their relationships to other files in that document as defined by this standard.
