clarification regarding references to styles and font face declarations

      Styles and font face declarations are referenced by their style:name attribute. A referenced style or font face declaration should be defined in the same file as the reference, or in styles.xml.

      currently the ODF specification does not explicitly state the constraints on the relationship between elements that reference styles / font face declarations and the definitions thereof.

      obviously the split into styles.xml and content.xml does not make much sense if the styles.xml is not self-contained (i.e. all references to styles / font face declarations that appear in styles.xml should be resolvable in styles.xml).
