The OpenDocument Formula Document is incorrectly specified.

      1. In (D9.1) there is a conditional statement suggesting that such documents have a non-package form. Apparently there is no free-standing OpneDocument Formula Document because an XML Document with a <math:math> root element is simply a MathML document.

      2. In (D9.2) the wording speaks of "a 'content.xml' file" instead of "the 'content.xml' file."
