Part 2: Move Conformance Section to the Last Numbered Section

      Move section 2, Conformance, to the end of the numbered sections, making it section 8 after sections 3-8 are renumbered 2-7. Revise the front matter and section 1 to conform to the current OASIS templates for specifications.

      If it is desired to have some of the special concepts (such as the named classes of functions) identified up front, use the terminology section to introduce the proper nouns that have specifialized technical meanings in the context of the OpenFormula Specification.
