Section 3.3 refers to a number of sheet-level calculations settings, such as table:case-sensitive, table:precision-as-shown, etc.

I think we want to refactor these, to make OpenFormula independent of ODF 1.2 Part 1. To do this we might refer to these as "ambient properties" (or some other term) in OpenFormula, and assign each one an name. I'd simply call them "case-sensitive", "precision-as-shown", etc.

And then in Part 1 when we discuss table:formula, we would need to explicitly map these settings.

The goal should be to have no mention of the "table" namespace in OpenFormula.
