Add: manifest:version attribute, with the following description:

      Description

There are new attributes and potential breaking changes between the ODF 1.2 Part 3 Package and the package as specified in earlier versions of ODF. It is not clear that backward-compatibility is preserved because of ways underspecified or loosely-constrained aspects of earlier specifications may have been implemented.

A way to delimit this situation and assure that ODF 1.2 Part 3 Packages are distinguished and associated with this specification is by providing a mandatory version attribute in the package manifest.
